This therapeutic technique can be utilized in-person or remotely.
Hypnosis can help you overcome issues of self-worth and self-confidence, relieve pain (emotional and physical), and help you know yourself in a profound way. Hypnosis gives you the opportunity to experience relaxation and a meditative state in a deep way that leaves you open to answers and insight to some of your deepest questions.
There are a lot of myths and misconceptions regarding hypnotherapy. This powerful, proven therapy is simply the combination of the powerful effect of hypnosis, performed in a safe environment with a skilled understanding certified Hypnotherapist. This is a safe process that in no way interferes with your free will. You can bring yourself out of the hypnotic state at any point in time should you choose.
The first step is to discuss your goals and desires with your Hypnotherapist and together agree on a therapeutic approach. While under hypnosis, your Hypnotherapist will work with your subconscious mind to support the agreed upon goals.
During the hypnotic session, you are not asleep. In fact, your mind is quite alert, and you are very in tuned with all that is happening around you. Your senses are heightened, and you can concentrate on what the Hypnotherapist is saying. Everything that occurs during your Hypnotherapy session can be recalled. You will leave feeling refreshed and alert with a wonderful sense of well-being.
Remember, not all hypnotherapists are equally trained. Be sure and choose a therapist that has been trained in an accredited program. At an established, accredited hypnotherapy school, I received more than 750 hours of training and practice. What has been assimilated in a program such as this cannot be duplicated in a weekend course.
